"Surround Me" is an original hand carved woodblock. Inspired by the plants that seem to follow me when I walk through the fields. They invite me to enjoy the community of plants all around me and to listen to the friendly conversations among the buzzing bugs and wildlife. It's time to slow down, take a break, and sit in the prairie grasses that surround me.

• Hand carved on a shina plywood which is a type of Linden tree from sustainable forests in Hokkaido, Japan
