"Pipevine" is a blue and green butterfly woodblock print inspired by the pipevine swallowtail butterfly. I love the simple decorative spots on this butterfly and it was fun to emphasize and play with pattern on this print. Lower wings have a fade of two foamy greens blended together while the upper wings are a navy blue. Be sure to add this little critter to your office space or kids room!

Printed on white thick cotton paper with inks from a hand carved wood block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Created with a reduction process with two layers of carving and printing. Can never be made again! Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print and on the back of each frame.
