"I Am Healing"
Second in my experimental screen prints with letterpress. Reminding myself that I am indeed healing is super helpful to say out loud. Progress may be slow, but I know I am healing. The pain can be very real, but I know it is getting better.

My mantra to get me through my toughest mind spirals from fear and anxiety:
I Am Healing
I Am Improving
I Am Loved
Everything is OK

Printed on white thick cotton paper with screen printed green background plant image. Purpley pink ink used for the letterpress shapes and letters. Artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print. No title is written since words are already in the print. Each print is unique as they must be printed one at a time, reapplying ink to the letters and screen each time. Slight variations will occur.
