This purple and yellow flower print is inspired by the Smooth Blue Aster flower, which is native to Illinois prairies and woodlands. It has such lovely colors to bring you right into the warm paths of the fields and alongside wooded areas. This is a happy little flower. Leave the real ones outside, bring this one inside instead.

Printed on white thick cotton paper from one hand carved wood block with three layers of purple and yellow inks. Block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print. Each print is unique as they must be printed one at a time, reapplying ink to the block. Slight variations will occur.
