"Earth Layers" makes you think of geological cuts of stone, sand, earth. Reminds me of digging for buried limestones at our family farm. Printed on white thick cotton paper with layers of yellow and orange ink from a hand carved Shina wood block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Created by reduction process in 4 layers carved on one woodblock. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print.
