"Prairie Fire"
Prairie fires are incredibly important to these peaceful places. Though the fire momentarily destroys the beauty, it also eliminates the invasive, the ugly, the old and keeps it from taking over. Beneath the soil, new life begins to grow back stronger after the fire has passed.

Printed with three hand carved layers on one block using the reduction process. Ink colors include yellow, magenta, orange, red, and maroon. Block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print and on the back of each frame. Each print is unique as they must be printed one at a time, reapplying ink to the block. Slight variations will occur.
